Quality Guarantee for every jersey we create, here’s how our warranty protects you:
Covered by Warranty:
Printing defects (cracking, peeling, or fading)
Stitching issues (loose seams, unraveled numbers/letters)
Size errors [if caused by us] (e.g., we shipped XL instead of L) If the above issues happen when you just receive the package and before wash it, you can also consider our return policy and contact us directly.
Not Covered by Warranty:
Damage from rough play (grass stains, rips from slides)
Customer mistakes (wrong name/number submitted in design) -mproper care (bleaching, ironing directly on prints)
Normal wear (pilling, gradual color fading over time)
Warranty Duration & Solutions 15-Day Warranty: Report issues within 15 days of delivery.
How we might fix the issues:
Free repair kit
Replacement jersey (same design) or store credit.
Return/Refund. Our team will offer the most appropriate solution on the premise of satisfying our customers.
