Cacellation Policy

If you have any after-sale problem, please notify us within 15 days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of you.

Our Do-It-Right Guarantee makes it quick and easy:

• If your order contains items that are printed or embroidered materially different than your final design or on incorrect products, we will reproduce those incorrect pieces for you or issue full or partially refund according to your request.
• If for any reason we try and are unable to reprint or embroider those pieces correctly, we will refund you those pieces. Your refund will be issued within 7 days after we receive your item(s).

Made-to-order products Orders placed for over 12 hours, any cancellation reauests or change reauests like size, color, material，customer will be responsible for $20. Orders that have already been processed can not be cancelled. 

Customized: Since the orders are customized and made just for you, if you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason of the cancellation, and we will retrieve it back if the order has not been put into production. But please note that once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase which has been put into production, we couldn't process the cancel request. 

Non-customized: If you would like to cancel your non-customized order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason, and we will process the cancel if the order has not been shipped yet. But if the order has been shipped, sorry that we couldn't process the cancel request. Once orders are shipped, you will be advised with carrier name and tracking number.
