How can I change my order?
If you would like to change the information on your customized jersey after placing order, please contact us via live chat/email as soon as possible and provide us with your order number. We will assist you in making the changes, if the jersey has already reached the production stage, we apologize that we are unable to change the information.
How can I track my package?
1. After the items are shipped, the logistics number and carrier information will be sent to your reserved e-mail address, you can check the order status directly through them. 2. You can log in our website with your email and track your order status in "My orders" if you placed the order under your registered account. 3. If the order was placed without signing in, you could just use "look up a single order" function to track your order. Please refer to the following steps: 1). Go to Sign In My Account at the right top of our website. 2). Click "order status" 3). Enter your Order Number and Email Address to see your order details.
