1. I don't have an account. How do I register?
Simply click on "Login/Register" tab at the top of any page and you will be directed to a registration page where you can enter your information and choose a password. That’s it, it's done, your account on Fafair.com is ready. After creating an account, you will be able to enjoy a much more personalized shopping experience on Fafair.com
2. Do you ship worldwide?
We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If this happen, we will contact you.
3. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS or other currier depending on the weight, size and destination of the product. Packages shipped from our Chinese warehouse or Russian Warehouse.
4. About customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

6. Is there tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.
7. What forms of payment do you accepted?
Fafair.com currently accepts PayPal, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. We do not accept checks, cash, or money orders at this time. Some countries will have forms of payment restricted to PayPal only. Please be aware that a free PayPal Account may be required in order to pay for your order.
8. Will my items be sent in one package?
Purchases will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if we have to send out order by 2 or 3 parcels ,we will tell you first,please do not worry.
9. Can I write a review of a product I have purchased?
Yes, we welcome reviews and feedback of a product. Please choose the product you want to submit a review and then click on the “Write a review” button. Along with the review you can also rate the product on a scale of 1 to 5. We should mention that a customer has to be logged in, if he / she would want to review a product.
10. How often are new products added to the online store?
We add products to our online store as and when new products arrive.
11. How do I modify my order?
Please contact customer support by e-mail to inquire about changing your order. If the order has not yet been marked shipped, we will be happy to make any changes. If the order has shipped, the changes must be made as a merchandise return or a new separate order.
